Returns, Refunds & Custom-Made Products

Because our products are individually made according to your personal measurements, specifications and/or requirements, they are considered custom-made and personalised products.

No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products

As our products are made specifically for you, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised products, where applicable under applicable consumer law.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong measurements, or no longer wish to keep the product.

Something Isn't Right?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order does not fit as expected, contains an error, or you believe there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.

We will review your situation and discuss the available options with you. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an alteration, correction, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

Because every custom-made product is individually produced, we assess these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Measurements or Information

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information when placing your order. If a product has been made correctly according to the measurements or specifications you provided, but those measurements were incorrect or have subsequently changed, the product cannot be returned or refunded solely for that reason.

However, please contact us if you have any concerns about the fit. We will be happy to discuss the available options with you.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If your product is defective, damaged, materially different from what you ordered, or was not made according to the agreed specifications, please contact us. Where required by applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, alteration, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
